Obar’s is a fixed point in the rhythms of O, set to Greek island time. Enjoy a light lunch, served from the bar to your sunbed well into lazy afternoons, or on the pool terrace under the shade of palms. A selection of light mezzes and drinks are equally served to the deck chairs on Ornos beach. Drift between pool and the beach, lingering until dusk when the live DJ set quickens the pulse into the night.
Dine indoors, or alfresco on the terrace, surrounded by lush landscaping. The menu is a creative take on Mediterranean classics, infused with regional flavours. Our Corporate Chef Tasos Almpanis and Chef de Cuisine Konstantinos Milios have a passion for seasonal ingredients and local produce, delivered daily by the family’s time-honoured suppliers, and the fresh catch of the day has ‘its head on the plate and its tail in the sea’, as the saying goes. Our sommelier will be glad to advise on a mature selection of international wines and rare local vintages.
